My first haircut here felt rushed and wasn't neat. However, for my second visit I booked Soňa and was satisfied with the result.
Yesterday was my third appointment, and things got frustrating. I arrived on time, only for another barber, Dari, to find out after checking that Soňa was out sick. I received zero advance notice from the salon. Huge thanks to Dari, who kindly fit me in later during her scheduled break and did a great job.
Getting sick is completely understandable, but the salon's communication is not. If a customer cancels under 24 hours, it's most probably treated as a violation (no information available about the consequences), yet when the salon fails to show up without notifying the customer, we are just expected to wait around and hope someone can squeeze us in - Or if not to just have waisted time and find another barber shop.
5 stars for Soňa and Dari, 1 star for management and communication.

O nás
Jsme prostě tam, kde chlapi chápou, že správný střih nebo upravený vous není zženštilost, ale základ. Dostanete u nás to, na co jste zvyklý, to ale neznamená, že nemůžete odejít více spokojeni.
